How do I get help with using the screens in the library study rooms?

Answer

There are a few things you can do if you aren’t able to connect to the screen:

  1. Turn the TV screen on using the button on the back of the screen. This is usually the first button on the outside of the row of buttons
  2. You will hear an audible click and see a green light appear when this is done correctly
  3. Choose HDMI or Wireless on the black on the wall next to the TV screen
  4. If the option to connect by cable is compromised by a cabling issue, do not attempt to remove or re-seat the cables as this may cause further connectivity issues
  5. Connect by Wireless is the only option if there is an issue with the cables, do not attempt to add your cable should you have one
  6. If either option does not allow you to connect - contact the Library Information Desk to log the issue
