If you see an admin pop up asking you to verify Clarivate analytics by inputting an admin username and password when trying to download Endnote, please contact the person or department who provided you with the laptop and ask them to provide you with administrative access. Alternatively, the ITD help desk in the Library can provide admin access to your laptop.
