What are EnergyPods?

Answer

Metronaps EnergyPods are chairs designed for relaxation and reclining with a privacy visor and speakers for music and mediations.

The Glucksman Library currently has two (2) Energy Pods available for students and staff to use, in addition to one available at the Regional Medical Library.

There is an EnergyPod on Level 1, by The Edge. And on Level 2 by the Health Sciences Reading Room.

They are available on a first come, first served basis, and ideal for taking a break and mentally and physically recharging during high-stress times. 

The Library is committed to supporting the wellbeing of all of our users.

Library Services

Library staff are available to offer help and advice online, please fill out our Ask Us form with your question.

During the summer semester the Library Ask Us service is available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and from 9am to 8pm on the following Thursdays, 29 May, 5 June, 12 June, 19 June, 14 August, 21 August, 28 August and 4 September. 

The Ask Us service is not available on Monday, 2 June due to the public holiday.
