Can I donate my books to the Library?

Material offered will be considered according to the same selection criteria that are applied to purchases of new material: supporting current teaching, and/or complementing existing research strengths of the university.
For reasons of cost and storage, the Library reserves the right to accept or decline donations.
Please submit a list of items you wish to donate to libinfo@ul.ie. For more information please read our detailed collections policy, available on our LibGuide.
The Information Desk cannot accept donations in person without written approval from the Collections department or a Librarian.
