EndNote Help: My Harvard UL Style is not working on Endnote Online?

I can no longer use the Harvard UL 2016 style in my Microsoft Word document.

Answer

To resolve this issue, there are a few things to try.

First, you can try quitting Microsoft Word, then reselecting 'Harvard UL' style as your Favorites in Endnote Online. You can find more information on how to on our Endnote Online LibGuide.

If that does not work, try signing into Endnote Online through the Library's e-resources page. First, you will need to sign into the e-resources, then, access Endnote Online through Web of Science database

You might also have to sign in to Endnote Online while on campus connected to Eduroam Wifi.

Finally, the Library recommends a total machine reboot. Save your work, quit your applications, shut off the computer and wait a minute or two before starting it up again.

Library staff are available to offer help and advice online, please fill out our Ask Us form with your question.

During the summer semester the Library Ask Us service is available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and from 9am to 8pm on the following Thursdays, 29 May, 5 June, 12 June, 19 June, 14 August, 21 August, 28 August and 4 September. 

The Ask Us service is not available on Monday, 2 June due to the public holiday.
