Endnote Help: Unable to login to EndNote

Answer

This occurs when you have downloaded the EndNote desktop application, but it is also asking you to login to your Endnote Online account.

EndNote Online and EndNote Desktop are two separate applications and setting up a desktop account does not automatically setup an EndNote online account.

If you have not previously setup an EndNote Online Account then you will have to do this separately. Instructions on how to setup an EndNote online account are available on our LibGuide: Setting up Endnote online.
