Not all academic ebooks allow printing or copying, as these rules are set by publishers and we can’t get around them. But you can read every one of the library’s 450,000+ ebooks online.
Go back to the Library catalogue and search again for the title of the book and author and select a different version of the ebook, or consider using a print version of the book.
Ebooks with a print allowance message will allow you to print some pages.
