Endnote Online: I can’t insert references into Microsoft Word

For EndNote online the user must download the Cite While Your Write tools for Word separately. Make sure you are logged onto Endnote (http://www.myendnoteweb.com) in a Web browser, and then click the Downloads tab at the top of any page.
Under the 'Cite While you Write' tab, click on the installers for your operating system, Windows or Mac.
