How to Format: Bibliography
Cite it Right states to not capitalise the first letter of the book, apart from the first word. However, in other references I've seen for modules, the book titles are all capitalised?
Answer
When you do a bibliography for an assignment, you should use a consistent approach as set out in a particular referencing style for all of your references. Consistency is key.
If you follow the Harvard UL Style of Referencing, you should follow ‘Sentence Style’ which means you only capitalise the first letter of the first word of the title of the book. There is an exception for personal names and places mentioned in the title.
