Can I renew my Library books?

Our circulation system has changed to allow for automatic renewals for up to 365 days. Details are available on our page Borrow, Returns.
Your loans and renewals can be accessed under 'Your Library Account.'
If you are unable to renew, it is because:
- You have reached the limit for renewals and the book needs to be returned to the library
- Another person has placed a request on the item so it needs to be returned to the library
- Your staff or student record has expired
- Staff members can renew their ID card in HR or email compandbens@ul.ie
- Students with registration questions should contact Academic Registry
Please email libinfo@ul.ie from your UL student email if you are unable to renew your loan.
