Why am I getting this message that my access was denied due to one or more of the following reasons...

  • Error Message: "The user is not authorized" or "User Not found"
  • Error Message: "Your current IP address has poor reputation, your browser sent Cookies containing suspicious content, you are accessing the service from a high risk country. Closing your browser and trying again may clear up this issue, if not contact UL ITD Service Desk with the time this occurred and if you can, your IP address"
  • Error Message:  The Library Search opens but it just bring up a loading icon/flashing diamonds but does not appear to load

Please follow the instructions at the Help with common error message page it should help you find a solution to restore access.

Library staff are available to offer help and advice online, please fill out our Ask Us form with your question.

During the summer semester the Library Ask Us service is available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and from 9am to 8pm on the following Thursdays, 14 August, 21 August, 28 August and 4 September.
