I can't access online articles

I keep getting an error message when I log in to the library website to access online articles and journals.

Answer

The Library's e-resources can be accessed off-campus by signing in with your UL ID number and password

If you are having problems logging in, you can try a few things to fix it:

Please ensure you are signing in with the correct UL ID number and password. It is the same password you use for your email, SULIS, etc. Make sure your password does not contain the Euro symbol. If you need to reset your password, please email ITD service.deskitd@ul.ie or consult this link.

Next, you will need to clear your internet browser history/cookies/cache. If you are unsure how to do this, please select your browser from the list below:

The Library's e-resources work best on the most updated Google Chrome or Firefox. You can also try signing in from Google Chrome Incognito mode.

Double check that your anti-virus software is not blocking access to the Library's website.

If you are still having problems, please write to us at libinfo@ul.ie
