How do I reset my password?

Answer

The Library does not manage Student Passwords.

UL students should activate the Multi-factor Authentication and Self-Service Password Reset through UL ITD to help reset their password.

You can also call to the Student Service Desk in the Library, send an Email or Log a call on TopDesk.

Library Services

Library staff are available to offer help and advice online, please fill out our Ask Us form with your question.

The Ask Us service is available from 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday and from 10am to 4.30pm on Saturdays.

There will be no Ask Us service on Monday, May 5 due to the public holiday, the library building however will remain open as normal over the bank holiday weekend.
